What we know

A Douglas County landmark nomination (2003). The binder's chain of title runs from Walter P. Miller's 1875 patent; the Abbes' house dates from the late 1930s (helper's digest of Larkspur Historical Society binder 9 pp. 122, 168-199; not yet).

Where it was

Part of the SW1/4 SE1/4 of Sec. 31, T9S R67W, 9998 S. Perry Park Road (Douglas County Register of Landmark Properties nomination, file MI03-002, received Jan. 24, 2003; Perry Park binder LHS_9 p. 113). Center of that quarter-quarter; good to about a quarter mile.

Placed from a written description, such as a land section, a distance from a landmark or an old survey note.
