## What we know

Andrew Seaburg homesteaded here and in 1898 bought more than 400 acres from Henry Greer, across West Cherry Creek; his nephew Melville Dahlberg inherited it. A house of 1866 and a granary of 1890 are still in use. Colorado Centennial Farm, 1993 (dated 1891) (county map, S-0123).
