## What we know

'Few ministers ever resided here because the congregation was too small to support a full-time' preacher (PLHS walking tour, S-0235). Lavelett: 'The first parsonage was just north of the church where the Columbine Antique store was in 1974', and a later minister, Rev. Hassdedt, did most of the work on a new one (S-0011, p. 83). See Monument Presbyterian Church.

## Where it was

306 North Jefferson Street, '1st Presbyterian Parsonage' (PLHS walking tour, S-0235), El Paso County address point (EPCPortalLocator2026, 2026-10-14), on the house at that address in OpenStreetMap, across Third Street north of the church. Good to about 30 feet.

A street address, located with the county's address points.
