## What we know

Catholic services were held in the Pine Grove school from 1905; the parish was established in 1913 and its church first used at the end of 1916; services moved to Castle Rock in 1955, and in 1982 the building was moved to 19580 East Pilgrim's Place. The original site was on the north side of Main Street, opposite the Ruth Memorial Chapel; the county map's pin appears to mark that site (county map, S-0123).

## Where it was

Pin on the Douglas County Historic Resource Map (DCHR-058; Douglas County and Douglas County Libraries, 2012, on the Larkspur Historical Society's Google map, S-0123). Where that map and ours place the same site, the pins mostly fall within about 300 feet. Good to a few hundred feet.

Placed from a written description, such as a land section, a distance from a landmark or an old survey note.
